In addition to our many services we also offer individual and family one on one sessions to guarantee emotional wellness:
- The sessions are approximately 2 hours long.
- The sessions can take place in person, via Skype, or through Whatsapp video.
- These sessions will focus on guidance to improve the quality of life, perception, and resilience in any situation.
- The sessions will help bring out the participant's awareness of the positive things in their life, improving their attitude, and maximizing their well-being.
- The goal of these sessions is to focus the participants energy not on fighting their past situations, but rather building on the new ones.
