HEPE is the result of a passion to help those in need. A passion that Karina Rodriguez (Dao Kapra) had since the early age of 5. Her mission was to assist hungry people on the street or talk to the homeless, with the support and supervision of both her mother and grandmother. When she grew up and the time was right, this mission took a life of its own, being developed during her trips around different countries.
In 2009 she compiles all her writing (mostly letters) that began at the age of 10 and publishes the book “Té Azul El Poder del Darte (The Power of Self Giving)”, signed as Dao Kapra, her nom de plume. The book doesn’t aim to teach you how to improve yourself but to show that one doesn’t need to be a Priest, Rabbi, or Pope to be good. It demonstrates that light is found in each one of us and grows as much as we give.
The more exposed a person is to new experiences, approaches, and cultures, the greater their chance is at being a good citizen of the world, showing positivity and good character in any role that they play.
There are unlimited possibilities in the mission of increasing opportunities and planting seeds of HOPE, self-esteem, service, and cooperation. This mission targets all levels of society, especially kids, single mothers, veterans, and the elderly.
In 2010, Dao Kapra arrives in the Dominican Republic and becomes the embodiment of her organization and what it offers. She brought assistance to the poor, children on the street, and employees from different industries.
She helped members of diplomatic institutions, police departments, newspaper executive committees, media organizations as well as small communities of women.
Any group could benefit from Dao Kapra’s service which aims to awaken motivated and conscious citizens. Dao Kapra’s mission has spread to numerous regions. From Asian countries such as India and Vietnam to Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean Islands. Karina Rodriguez (Dao Kapra) spreads HEPE's core principles and the art of giving everywhere she goes.
On all her journeys she learned more about herself and keeps growing by giving and receiving guidance through different experiences and with masters like Wayne Dyer. She even overcame a difficult illness to the surprise of many doctors and specialists, simply through emotional healing.
After many conferences and workshops, in 2017 she created the nonprofit organization "Hope Eternal Partnership Enterprises" to enhance the lives of people by teaching them to control and express their emotions in a balanced way.
HEPE's main objectives are to fight all types of addiction, stop all kinds of bullying (throughout all ages), and also provide schools, families, organizations and other communities with better tools to understand and interact with children in a way that will encourage them to be emotionally healthy, conscious individuals.
