HEPE has touched hundreds of lives, giving them new opportunities, helping them deal with different circumstances, and making people believe in themselves once again.
Testimonies are the stories of people who have changed for the better and had our support throughout their journeys.

HOW MUCH CAN YOU HOLD IN YOUR HEART?
I have traversed for several years now down the road to heart expansion-exploration-unearthing that connects me to God. Dao has nudged, pushed, pulled and held me along the way. It is a path that the ego mind rejects, abhors. How can it not?... We are challenging the very roots of its foundation, its existence. I enter the place before existence where only connection with Source matters. It is where I have looked down at myself from my anscentral tree and been shown the repetitive patterns of this brief human existence and family as well. I have learned reluctantly that what we don’t resolve we repeat. I have surrendered to this process, sometimes kicking and screaming along the way. It is then that Dao reminds me that I have been in the same situation as a matter of fact, both of us have traveled together down many rocky, as well as flowery paths over and over again. ( we all do ). “So, why are you so attached Frank, Frankie, Francisco, Javi?” I have carried many names in this life, representative perhaps of the phases I have lived and masks I have worn. Some that I still wear. “Why do you dim your light? Would you dim your light if you knew that it was God’s light in YOU that you dim?”, Dao asks. Many are the tools, powerful tools that Dao has passed on to me. Some, I realized, I carried with me in my tool belt, but rarely used. The tool and power of prayer, forgiveness, love, surrender and action. The celestial power of words (spoken and thought), journaling, standing tall and fighting for the purpose and mission that God has given me. No matter what. “Es una prueba que tienes que pasar” (it is a trial that you are here to pass), she says. I must admit that I often reply “another one? You’ve got to be kidding”. Gradually, slowly (for I tell her that I must be her slowest student), I now sometimes half-smile when confronted with a new-repetitive challenge. “Remember, the darkness follows the Light”. Dao walked with me during my darkest night...when my son Javi, my beautiful boy, left me to return to his Celestial Father. Only the Love and shared pain of my family and tribe could save me then. “Please save me”, I cried to God, in silence. I cried with eyes wide shut. It was a different path that I had to follow then, follow still. It is one of awareness and connection to Javi’s Spirit. A connection that I needed and will always need. Dao reminded me of the connection: “His mission here on this earthly plane was completed. He is stronger now. Watching over you, like you watched over him.” Thank you Dao Kapra, the name that you gave to your inner voice and that many through you, we have learned to listen.

"A Little Girl Hiding Under a Table"
There once was a little girl, that sought refuge under a table in a place far away from home. She didn’t know why or how she got there but it was the safest place she could find. She sought refuge from the anger, confusion and blame that surrounded her. She made sure that she pulled every chair as close together as possible to not let anyone in. She had already been hurt and mistreated. The little girl sat there. She waited and waited. She waited for things to get better but they didn’t. As time passed the little girl didn’t even realize that she remained hiding under that table. So much time had past, 35 years to be exact. She felt the pressures and burdens of tests and trials that she did not understand. The little girl sitting under the table saw life with eyes of suffering and heard mean words from those she loved the most. She grew tired and weary and questioned God’s existence. Until one day she felt brave enough to reached out and grab an Angel’s hand. She didn’t know that a boy, named after an ArchAngel, that loved her very much asked God to help her. So God sent Dao to help the little girl. He knew how difficult a task he assigned to Dao because the little girl didn’t know how to come out. She was scared and confused but mostly, she was extremely tired of living how she was. Dao sat at the perimeter of the table and approached the little girl as gently as only Dao could and asked her “are you ready?” She heard from under the table “I am”. Dao both laughed and realized she didn’t know what she was getting herself into. She soon found out that this little girl was a stubborn, strong, resilient, and opinionated. Dao Kapra began to play, talk, scold, push and love the little girl like no one ever had and the little girl began to trust her. There was enough trust that the little girl allowed Dao to take her climbing up a tree. It was a very big tree of stories, the stories created by the little girl and her ancestors. The tree grew from years and generations of hardships, pain, suffering and tests not overcome. More importantly it was also filled with love, hope, resilience, strength and faith. Something not perceived before by the little girl. As they climbed the tree the little girl learned that God was preparing her to be her most authentic self through all of the adversity she faced. She had asked to take in those lessons to release herself and her ancestors from the cycles that they had created. The little girl understood just how brave and strong she was, how much unconditional love she truly held inside her heart. The little girl and Dao went as high as the heavens and presented themselves to The Father as if in a court held just for them. It is in the arms of The Father that they remained because the little girl knew that God made her for greatness and greatness was not hiding under a table. When the girl was ready to come out from under the table, Dao cheered and laughed. To the little girl’s surprise, who emerged from under the table was a woman. A woman that is strong, independent, resilient and loving. Her body ached from releasing the weight of being somewhere that wasn’t meant to hold her all along. The woman had out grown the stories, the bickering and the fighting. She now knows that she didn’t carry burdens, she carries the blessings of her story and the stories of her ancestors. The woman finally understands her worth. Supporting the projects and missions of Dao, now through HEPE will be a way to multiply the blessings received, both in the Professional area, as well as mother, daughter, wife and as a human being. We must bear witness that peace and personal fulfillment is found in each one of us. We only need unconditional love, understanding and guidance to reach it.
Isabel graduated in Marketing and Advertising from IUNP in Venezuela and is currently the General Director of the IC 36 Media Group, LLC. She is also the Director of Volar Magazine. Dao has been my life coach for the last 4 and a half years and during this time, we have been working together on the reprogramming and awakening of the soul towards the healing experienced in emotional, spiritual and physical aspects. Three years ago I was in a traffic accident and I had been severely diagnosed that the damage caused would not allow me to walk again. Through the therapies with Dao, I was able to relieve emotional burdens that I carried subconciously and today I can walk perfectly. I could also identify that it was a repeated cycle in my life and realized that definitely, internal healing was reflected in my total physical recovery and I managed to turn it into blessings. Thanks to the evolution of my being in all aspects. This is the REASON for which I am honored to be today a testimonial and multiplier element of hope with the firm purpose of helping to improve the quality of life in other people. As owner and editor of Volar magazine, I have also worked as a companion of Dao for several years. VOLAR MAGAZINE circulated aboard a Venezuelan airline and through her writings she sowed in the passengers of each flight, a seed of light through her motivating articles. Being able to participate in some missions that Dao performed it gave me the satisfaction of being present, of learning and living the transformations of those who came to it. Through her direct and warm message, I witnessed how total unconditional love can improve self-esteem and other emotional aspects in people. Being part of this Global Mission called HEPE definitely invites me to greater gratitude to life and to Dao, since at the same time, it is a great opportunity to serve others. I know that HEPE is the beginning of an awakening of consciences where I can also contribute my knowledge, experience and testimonies to a multiplier cause of hope for the world and especially for ourselves. Infinite thanks to Dao Kapra and now to HEPE for the opportunity.
When I was 8 years old I was going through a difficult time in my life, in addition to being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. As the months passed, I saw no signs of change, and I had begun losing faith in both god and myself. Suddenly, as if she knew I needed her, Dao suddenly showed up at my doorstep in Serbia. We spent the next couple of weeks talking about my struggles, making care packages for the homeless, and spreading positivity around my community. By the time she had to return to the U.S., I found myself filled with more hope than ever before. With Daos help, I no longer saw my obstacles as struggles; they became lessons. Since then, every day has been a passionate mission to fulfill my potential, to push new limits, to spread kindness by helping those in need, and to be grateful for everything that the universe has given me. I decided I wouldn't let anything bring me down. Not my struggles, not my condition, not small minded people. Nothing could change my goals of changing the world. I was inspired, driven to work harder than ever. Today, I am more than proud to be part of HEPE. I never expected that what began as an idea sparked by all the beautiful things I did with Dao would become a global movement, driven and committed to preparing all kinds of people to overcome any obstacle they're facing and find the hope they once lost. I became part of this organization primarily to help but also inspire and show people that anything can be done when we believe in ourselves, regardless of the things we might be going through. I am now a junior at MAST@FIU and have accomplished many things I am proud of. I have a 4.0 GPA, I founded a Model United Nations club in my school that won the best team award for 2 consecutive years. I've won innumerable MUN awards myself, I've created and conducted 2 major community events, I have accumulated over 1000 community service hours. I've been President of my class for 2 years, and am the current Vice President of my school. Evidently, my life was changed when I overcame my fears and found hope for a better future. I believe Ask Dao Kapra is an amazing project that will change the lives of innumerable people; a beautiful mission that will overwhelm the world with love and hope.
From a young age, I started dancing and it soon became my entire world. By the time I was eight years old I was dancing almost 30 hours a week and going to school full time. While dance did teach me time management and brought me lifelong friends it also showed me a world of judgment and hate. My body was often a topic of conversation and the thing I loved soon faded. This experience left a mark on my soul and with Dao I was able to recognize and release the pain. When I first started with Dao I was a hard-headed little girl struggling to understand the purpose of her methods. Slowly she began to break my shell and a flood of emotions overwhelmed both me and her. More and more realizations of my past and the past of my ancestors emerged and the way I viewed the world changed. With Dao I matured, learned more empathy for others, and recognized my own mistakes. Now I am a mature young woman and feel my life overall has improved. I aspire to become the best self I can be and to never dim my light. Through HEPE I will be able to do that. Therefore, supporting this amazing cause will help people of all ages improve as human beings and shine a brighter light on this earth.
I am seventeen years old, currently attending Alonzo Tracy Mourning Senior High School, and employed at Starbucks. I have had the opportunity to go around the world helping people and feeding homeless with Dao, since an early age. I have always had a thing for helping people, I enjoy seeing a smile in someone when they seek for help and you are there for them. Something else very interesting is that I grew up being a victim of bullying and ended up being part of it, and I believe that in the process of coping with it, it brought me to understand that my testimony and my word can help someone going through it. I am also part of a club at school where juniors and seniors help incoming freshman adapt to high school and young adult life itself, which has also helped me notice that nobody shows their true color and you never know who or what someone is going through whether its alone or if they are in front of you. There’s stories that are never told, and just being there for someone when they are going through something if they tell you or not is different. The feeling of knowing someone is there for you just makes it better. I believe we all have a purpose in life and mine is bringing a smile in someone’s life every day. I believe being part of HEPE will be an excellent experience to find out my special gift in life.
Hi I’m Gabriel Perez I’m 19 years old and before I met Dao I was unmotivated in school and with my health. I struggled with being overweight my entire life. I was also a victim of bullying. My self-esteem was low and I had a bad look on life. That all changed when I met Dao. She helped my battle with my weight and self-esteem. I turned my life around and lost 80 pounds and started to not only look better but feel better. Thanks to the coaching and guidance of Dao over the past four years. HEPE is an organization where people can get coaching like me to change their lives’. HEPE is a safe place where I can share my experiences with others who are also struggling with being overweight and have low self-esteem to improve their wellbeing.
My name is Fiorella Perez and I'm a 10th grader at MAST@FIU. My grades were always very important to me and thanks to that I am an "A" student and I'm also part of clubs such as National Honor Society and Forensics. Although I am an American citizen, I was born in Venezuela and had to go through a lot of things. When I was 7, my parents got divorced and at the age of 12, my grandpa died. That was a very hard situation for me that I didn't overcome and left the country in which I was born, Venezuela. I also left looking for a better life and education. Because of the situation my country was in, greater opportunitites couldn't be offered to me there. I moved to the United States without my parents nor sister, leaving all my pain behind. Dao has been my coach for the last three years and thanks to her I managed to heal and move forward. Being part of HEPE gives me the opportunity to help other children to heal as I did and I would love to transmit to them everything I learned.
I am Samuel Redondo. I am 10 years old and Dao has been my life coach since I was 7. In that moment I was passing through a difficult time, my parents were separated and I was moving to another country. Through her counseling I have been able to see the positive side of things, as well as to think before I talk. I have learned that I am responsible for my own actions and overall, I am not responsible for others way of feeling or action. Dao through my therapies, has also motivated me more to identify what I like. I have learned to have more faith to God and especially towards myself. I am training now as a professional gymnast. Sometimes I like being alone and thinking about my day. I also love seeing people smile when I do something nice for them, I am non-judgmental. I once helped this kid in my class that was a victim of bullying. I don’t hate or dislike anyone, and when someone has a problem, they usually come to me, I really have fun helping people. When Dao invited me to be part of HEPE, I jumped to hug her because I was so happy to be able to motivate others by sharing my stories. Follow your dreams no matter what, sooner or later you are going to get there.
My name is Stefanie Alexandra Sandia Davila. I am the General Manager at Unik Hotels - Isla de Margarita - Venezuela. I consider my experience within the Dao conferences, mentoring and coaching, to be wonderful. Dao was able to show me my own light and the potential I could achieve within my professional career. A few months after starting my work at Unik Hotels as an Event and Banquet Manager in 2016, I had the opportunity to organize a Conference for El Unik that would be given by Dao. In an unexpected way, Dao showed me and and taught me to recognize my potential and abilities, with concrete advances. It was precisely at that moment that the Hotel Management, with the support of Dao Management, gave me the position of General Manager. I became the youngest General Manager of Hotels in Venezuela.Today, through greater achievements, my life in general has evolved. Dao's presence changed my destiny, the one I dreamed of and sought so much. It is as if my soul sought hers to develop my totality. Today, after 4 years, I am part of Avecintel (Association of 4 and 5 star hotels in Venezuela), where I proudly represent the Nueva Esparta State Presidency as the only woman and millennial of the association's presidents. I not only represent my hotel, but also all those that can be in my guild. I have by my side me a team of more than 200 collaborators at Unik that I seek every day to evolve and believe in their potential the way I believed in mine and devolop it in the way that Dao taught me to develop. Understanding that evolution and transcendence is always necessary, in 2017, I began studies in Ontological Coaching (Transformation of being). Today, as a master, I am reinforcing one of my life's missions, which I managed to do with Dao. Today, I support and participate more directly in the growth and evolution of others. Being part of the HEPE team makes me proud and motivates me to use my testimonial and experiences so that I can multiply them and help others discover their own talents. To follow their intuitions and talent so that they may succeed in life. Thank you God, thank you Dao. Now we will multiply blessings together through HEPE.

With her help, I have become a better mother, wife, sister, daughter and business owner. I remember expressing to her early on that my life was already great; her reply was that the heavenly father has infinite blessings for his children. Thanks to her guidance, I am more confident, compassionate and content. My transformation has been for the better; I now enjoy deeper connections with family and friends alike. I’m very honored to be part of HEPE as a coach, being able to contribute to this program and extend my knowledge to improve the lives of many people.
