To maximize the capacity of the community, parents, teachers, public and private entities, and other individuals, through conferences and workshops that will train them to pursue situations we are used to seeing as common and normal. To train them to use the needed solutions and tools, before the problem appears. This preventative approach is the reason why our program is titled CANCEL BULLYING. While most other programs focus on a "Stop" bullying approach, we aim to eradicate it by exposing s root cause. This unique approach examines the root cause from two perspectives: Of the person being bullied, and of the bully, too. It sensitized everyone to the damage that bullying causes to the collective, group energy, and spirit. This will positively impact family and friends, as well as the classroom and ultimately the entire school. Our purpose is to change the concept of the victim as well as of the bully. We focus on visiting mainly schools as that is where future generations, that will shape our society, are found. We also bring effective training to colleges, universities, and organizations to transform the concept of bullying. We prepare them for situations such as separations within the family, losses, depression, addictions (including behavioral addictions), anger issues, and we also work with children that have special disabilities. We will train them individually and in groups to create new channels and elimination techniques of emotional charges which produce stress, anxiety, depression, and even suicidal tendencies. We will help people in the reconstruction of new goals and personal achievements, encouraging motivation and self-esteem. We will also train teachers to identify problematic situations and provide them with the understanding and tools to act accordingly. We will encourage people to give testimonies to other individuals so they too can integrate the knowledge acquired through HEPE. We address multiple types of bullying: emotional bullying, verbal bullying, physical bullying, racial based bullying, and cyberbullying. We promote social, cultural, and civic activities to motivate individuals and schools to be more involved. There is a growing need for involvement in the emotional lives of students. We aim to maximize and provide workshops to educators and authority figures so they can better manage the situations we face and help children, teens and young adults focus on what really matters. We aim to bring optimism, self-control and self-motivation techniques, increased empathy, and greater tolerance to children so they can have better relationships with others and improve how they communicate. We want to create emotionally stronger and healthier people:
